Our mission is to create or expand market opportunities for rural Northern New York entrepreneurs through the use of marketing and e-commerce.
NATCÂ provides access to business development activities for small businesses.
Our goal is to improve sales performance by teaching entrepreneurs how to begin or to improve their business both off and online. The project uses a combination of business development training, mentoring, micro loan funding, and the internet to assist vendors in reaching their niche market.
Since 2003, we helped micro enterprise ventures to create and retain countless jobs with training and access to market services and activities.
The success of NATC can be attributed to its dedicated staff and partners and from the grants received from our donors.
NATC is a project of St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and the PathStone Enterprise Center a division of PathStone Corporation.
